Results through Aweber

    Hi,

    I am creating a test survey form where a user selects yes/no. Yes is counted as score of 1 and no as 0. Once the user completes the test on the next page they can see their total score.

    This is on our test server:

    We have integrated aweber. However we want to know if its possible to send the results to the user's email address after subscription confirmation?
    Through aweber we can send static email address but the result contains dynamic field where the overall score is calculated for particular user. Is it possible to populate and send this result through aweber only after user's subscription confirmation?
