Route Form Results to Client Email

    Hello: We have built a form on a client site and would like to route the form results to the clients email address. We have tried several setups, but can't get it work. Can someone please help us set up the form fields to accomplish this? Thanks.

  2. I'm not sure what exactly the issue is based on your request.

    If you want to send the form submission information to your clients email address then you need to configure the Notifications for that form. Go to Edit Forms, hover over the form you want to edit and choose Notifications.

    Configure the Admin and User Notifications for that form. Notifications are the emails that are sent after a form is submitted. The Admin Notification requires no specific form fields in order to setup. The User Notification requires an Email field to exist on the form in order to configure.
