Routing Not Sending

  1. Hi there,

I have set up my contact form and initially had the e-mails being sent to just one e-mail address. This worked just fine and I received the notification e-mail with the content just as I wanted.

However, now that I am happy with the form I have set up some routing so that users can submit questions to various teachings in the school without having to know their e-mail. I have set up the notification rules but for some reason no e-mails come through.

    Any thoughts?

  2. As an update, the URL for our website is...

    http://www.cranbornemid.dorset.sch.uk

When I set routing to an e-mail not using the cranbornemid.dorset.sch.uk extension then it will send. However, when use an e-mail using the above extension it does not work.

UPDATE: I have had this working but cannot seem to get it working now.

  3. Please review the steps listed here: http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Troubleshooting_Notifications

Notification emails are handed from Gravity Forms immediately to wp_mail(), and from there it is up to your server to deliver the mail.
