Routing not using user submitted email

  1. We have a simple contact form whereby the user chooses who the form is sent to from a drop down list.
    We have setup routing based on the drop down to different emails.
    We want the email to come "from" the person who submitted the request so we can reply back to them.
    Problem is it's coming from default reply address?
