Routing not working

  1. I have tried twice now and I can't get routing to work!

This is becoming a critical issue because I'm about to use the below as a way to work with a very large partner who want to promote my book and I NEED TO GET THIS FIXED ASAP!

I took a form where routing works and copied it and tried to change second email address to Name@Carpe-Diem.com.au so the result looks like this "Craig.Elias@ShiftSelling.com, Name@Carpe-Diem.com.au " but keep getting the error "Notification could not be updated. Please enter all required information below.

I even tried without the space but it would not work.

I got so frustrated trying to make it work that I took the time to completely build the form including all notifications from scratch only to find I have the same problem on the new form.

I am attempting to route based on whether or not a checkbox is checked on or not.

The default is on and when it's on I want two people to be notified - Me and Bruce

When it's off I want just me to be notified.

I'm using 1.6.3.2.1 and the latest version of WordPress 3.3.1

    Suggestions?

    PLEASE!

  2. After testing a ton of different options I may have found the problem.

The email address I want the notifications to be sent to "....@carpe-diem.com.au"

If I use just a .com email address it works.

BUT my contact has a .com.au email address - NOW WHAT!

  3. Just to top it off I found another issue that I have isolated that compounded my issue.

I can change a form once and it will accept the changes BUT if I try to make a second set of changes - and it appears that it does not matter what that change is - I get the same error.

Sooo.... now I have to make one change and then navigate back to the forms list page and pick the same form again to make a second change.

But it appears that I still can't use the ...@CarpeDiem.com.au email address

  4. I am having a similar problem with my form. There are 4 categories featured and each has an email for each category to be directed to. I have tried and tried and am unable to get the form to direct the inquiries. Any suggestions to help resolve this?

On the form I have, email should go a certain email depending on the gender and location fields and admin should get bcc copy. But the form sends emails to all people no matter what is selected in gender and location fields...
