Routing options seem broken

    Hi, for some reason the options form for routing email notifications doesn't seem to be working in my install of Gravity Forms.

    The first drop-down does not contain any options, and the 2nd only contains 2 of my forms fields.

    Running latest version of wordpress and latest version of Gravity Forms.

    Routing only works on drop downs/checkboxes/radio button fields. Do you have these added to your form? Do they have Field Labels? The drop downs use Field Labels, if you left the Field Labels blank... this could be why the drop down is blank. It appears you have one drop down with a blank Field Label because the options appear to be populated as I see "Activity 2" in the drop down.
