Salesforce integration is creating multiple leads for one submit

  1. We are trying to sync leads that fill out our Gravity form to SFDC. It is working, however, one submit is passing two entries to SFDC. I have enabled SFDC debugging and can see the following in an e-mail after hitting submit:

Your request has been queued. Record Information: 00N40000002MCdE: Riak CS;Riak EDS 00N40000002dEAk: Yes Campaign_ID: 70140000000UIAP LeadSource: Free Trial - Riak CS company: Basho country: Armenia debug: 1 debugEmail: tanya@test.com email: tester5111@test.com encoding: UTF-8 first_name: Test last_name: McTesty oid: 00D300000000MeD retURL: http://www.test.com/thankyou.html state:

All of the necessary fields and data are being passed over. However, multiple leads are synced to SFDC. One of the leads always has Lead Source and no Campaign ID and the other always has Campaign ID and no Lead Source.

  2. I think your Gravity Forms version is incorrectly listed there (1.0). The 3rd party Salesforce add on is not at version 1.0 either. Can you clarify this?

    Are you using this plugin?

If so, that was not created by Gravity Forms / Rocketgenius and we cannot help support it. However, if you are integrating Salesforce on your own using one of the hooks, like gform_after_submission, please post the code your are using and a link to your site as well. Thank you.

Did you find a resolution to this? I'm having the same issue.

  4. Salesforce integration is not offered by us (Rocketgenius / Gravity Forms.) Please contact the plugin author for their support. Thank you.
