Same site, two different WP installs... Do I need to upgrade?

  1. Hello, I currently have a Personal Gravity Forms License that I am using on one site. What I would like to do is switch it over to a different web address to consolidate two different sites that I am using. On that specific .com I am going to have two installation of Wordpress.

    i.e.
One installation would be on the site root as the CMS:
    http://www.any-site.com
The other installtion would be in a subfolder as the BLOG:
    http://www.any-site.com/blog

Will that require me to upgrade my account to a Business License even though they are both on the same .com just on two different WP Installs?

    Thank you!

BTW, I love GF! It has made my life so much easier in so many ways. Thank you for such a great plugin!

  2. The licensing is per WordPress site, so if these are 2 separate sites you would need to upgrade to the Business License. You can upgrade it you are running Gravity Forms v1.5 via the Settings page, or via the support site by going to "My Account" and clicking the upgrade link next to your license key information.

    Thanks!

    Reviving this post a bit:

Is it possible to switch sites for the personal license? I'm going to take gravity forms off of one site, and move it over to another.

Is this possible at this moment in time?

  4. Yes. You can uninstall it from the first site and then install it on the second. That isn't a problem.
