Saving HTML entities in dropdowns

I have created a form that has accented and tilde characters. When saving the form, the values from dropdowns that have accented characters do not get saved. If I enter an accented character into a textbox, that field does get saved. I am unable to save the value in the form editor as HTML entities, and when I view the source, the values are HTML entities. But for some reason, they are just not being saved. Can you please tell me how to fix this?

  2. Can you export your form please and email it to chris@rocketgenius.com - I would like to see the characters you are using and see if it will work on my server.

You can export the form by going to Forms > Import/Export then the top center menu item "Export Forms". When you do it correctly, the file will have an XML format.

    Hello Chris -

I exported the form from our development server and imported it on our staging server. It does not work on the dev server but does work on the staging server. So there must be an issue with that particular server and I'm not going to worry about it anymore. Thanks for your reply.
