Search the form DB and populate via a list on WP

  1. I found Gravity Forms via Press 75 and the Tapps theme. In it it showed that I could showcase the data being sent through the form as posts and what not. After having played with the theme and realizing what he's done, this doesn't really suit my purpose. However your form still fits the bill. I've gone ahead and purchased the developer liscense

Is there a way for me to display form data in this same way that Press 75 has done?

And if so could you point me in a direction of where I can display the contents of the form and also search it if need be?

  2. What do you want to do exactly? I can't figure out what the Tapp Jobs theme does with Gravity Forms. Do you want people to be able to submit job openings and you would list them on the front end? Would they be posts, or would you query the data directly? How does what you want to do differ from how the Tapp Jobs theme does it?

We did talk about something like this previously, using a 3rd party plugin:

  3. Your second comment about being able to query the data directly is what I would like to do. Press 75 turns all the jobs being submitted into posts which doesn't help me at all.

  4. Yeah, Gravity Forms makes it easy to create posts out of form submissions as Tapp Jobs is doing. To query the data separately, you could probably use something like we discussed in the link:

That plugin makes is a little easier to get the data out of the Gravity Forms tables. What you do with it at that point is up to your own plugin or templates.
