I have a general inquiry form which submits to "Sales" works great.
What I would like to do is create a second form which acts as a follow up for the "Sales" team to work with--this would simply contain two checkboxes so they can confirm that action was taken with a specific entry--based on the entry #/ID
Essentially: We do not want the sales team to have access to the admin side of the website, so this second form would enter one of two checkboxes into the notes field of the specific entry. I would also like to have this form change the value for the star_image_
I am having a hard time figuring out where to start off with this one!
