Second Notification Email

    Is it possible to send a second notification email, with different form data, to an email address for the same form and submission?

    I too would like this. I have a form where a player enters information (personal and uniform requirements) but would only like to send the vendor partial details and keep the rest private.

    My work around was two forms, one asking for the personal information and upon completion, sending that data to the uniform form and pre-populating fields with necessary information. This way, I can have unique notifications for each form. If there is an easier way, I'd like to know as well.

    Currently, the only way to send two notifications is that there are Admin and User notification sections allowing you to send the full text to one address, and a different message to another address.

    Thanks David - Then in that case is there a way we could create a hidden field or something to tell the system which email to use for the User Notification. Or does it have to be a typical email field?

    Excellent. I think I figured it out to work nicely. Since I am not sending a normal user notification, I can re purpose it to send to another email address. To choose the email, I created an email field, with a default value and set it to admin only. Still need to test an actual send, but I think this will work. Of course, if you need to send to a user as well, this method wouldn't work.

    Exactly. Glad you sorted it out. I use the User E-mail notification section for things all the time.
