On this site (http://www.crystalspringsok.net/quote/) the form is emailing the requested quote information the first time a user submits it, however if a user submits a second quote request and uses the same email address, it won't email. It stores in the backend but the notification doesn't send. I checked to be sure if and the no duplicates boxed is not selected. I'm baffled.

Hm, if you will, go ahead and send me an admin login for this WP install so that I can see about recreating the issue.
