Sending emails to different people based on a field

  1. Hi ,

Just wondering if the following is possible.

We have a quote form where we ask for the customer State. We have 7 options.
Is it possible to redirect email based on the customer state to different people in different state.

So for example - if a customer chose NSW - email@example.com receives the email.
if the customer chooses VIC - email2@example.com receives the email
If the customer chooses ACT - email3@example.com receives the email

    xxx.yyy.zzz you get the drift.

  2. Yep, that's notification routing and you can do that where you set up your form notifications.

First, create your drop-down/select field with your options

Then, select the "routing" option under the admin notifications and set up your conditions

That's all you need to do get it rolling.

  3. HI Kevin

    Thanks for the prompt response.
I am looking to purchase the developer version.

Here are a couple of other questions

    1) Is there a way that an administrator or a particular person can receive all forms/emails for the entire day sent to them at the end of the business hours.

    2) is it possible to have multiple tracking windows for different users for different states ?

    a) For example according to my previous question using conditional logic we have seven states and I want to have 7 different links for each state such that a particular link for a state only displays form for that particular state ?

    b) Also is it possible to apply permission to users to view only particular states . For example user 1 can only see victoria and user 2 can only see the NSW state assuming that section a is possible.
