Separate name / value options for dropdowns, multiple choice, etc

    From an html perspective, the separation of name and value is standard. This - conceptually - small change opens up a HUGE amount of capability with the existing hooks to allow GF to be usable to create pricing quote systems for sites.

    We're already planning on implementing this in a future release. I'm not sure just when it will make it out, but it is coming. We did see your related post in the other topic too so we realize it's something that's important to you. Thanks again for the suggestion.. we always appreciate the feedback.
