Separate registratnts by local language

I plan to have 3 separate registration forms on my site (English, Chinese, Japanese) and need these registrants to go into separate lists so they don't get mixed together. Is there a way I can set this up?

Separate them how? You could create separate forms, and the entries would all be separate, but if they are creating WordPress users using our Registration add-on, WordPress doesn't include a way to separate people. You could, using some Role Management plugin, create roles related to language and assign people roles in WordPress based on language, but creating such a thing would be outside of Gravity Forms.

I see that each form has an entries section. This will work in segregating registrants, providing I create 3 individual forms. How do I export this data as an Excel file or PDF?

Second question: How to do I get my registration form to redirect to a specific page within the site. I currently have it set in my Form Setting/Confirmations, but it does not redirect there after I click the submit button.

You have to manually export entries. So you click Forms -> Import/Export and then select the form you want to export entries from.

Make sure your confirmation is set to redirect and that you select the page, or put in the full URL you want it to redirect to. Can you link to your form? What does it currently do when a person clicks submit?

Thanks for your reply. I now see where to export the entries.

As for the registration form, I have followed your directions above and the form still does not redirect to my selected page. After I fill out the form and click submit, the fields go blank and I am still on the same page. I get a confirmation email, but the page does not redirect.

Thanks for your help with this!

If you get an e-mail and the entry exists, then it is likely a settings issue with the redirect. Can you upload a screenshot to http://imgur.com/ or something similar with your redirect settings showing?
