Seriously? Where's the promised PayPal add on?

I was told over a year ago that the paypal add on would be available for separate purchase for non-developer licenses. What's the deal? I REALLY need it, but I don't need all the other stuff that comes with a developer license. I just need the one add-on. Why can't it be purchased separately?

  2. Kevin, I'm not sure who told you it would be available for separate purchase but that's currently not the case. We have discussed that in the past but have decided to include it only with the Developer license. As far as why.. well, we simply decided we preferred it that way for now.

The promised add-on is available, you'll simply need to upgrade your license to access it. If you need it that badly and are using it to monetize your site, I'm sure the upgrade fee is something you can recoup in no time.
