Set up warning message if user navigates away from half-finished form?

  1. When someone leaves a form unfinished and then clicks away from the page, all form entries are lost. Is there any way to send a (customisable?) warning message when the user tries to navigate away from a page with an unfinished form?
(I looked for a solution in the documentation, FAQs and the forums, but with no luck.)

  2. This is not functionality which is present in Gravity Forms. You can do this with JavaScript though. It's typically referred to as an exit popup.

  3. Thanks for the reply, Chris. Nice to know what the proper term is for it. I'll check out some tutorials. Cheers!
