Share Form Entries

In the past I swear there was a way to share the entries w/o being logged in. For example, I run the site but have people under me running different events. I recall sending someone a link that let them view the entries w/o me having to run an export each time. Now I can't seem to figure out how to do it. Or does the person have to be logged in to run an export?

  2. The person needs to be logged in and have proper role to be able to export entries.

What role? I tried editor and that didn't work. I don't want everyone to be admin.

  4. GF, could you please provide extra information about the use of admin roles. I wish to create extra roles for staff who need to access the Entries submitted by the form, however I do not wish to give them full admin privileges. I have installed - Capabilities Manager, however it is not clear what privileges are required, (for example as an Editor rol) to use with GF. Is there something I am missing?

  5. Is there a way to accomplish this? I would like to allow Editors access to View, Read and Export Form entries as well.

    Thank You.

  6. I figured this out. You need to use the Members plugin available in the WordPress Plugin Directory ...
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/members/

After you install the plugin be sure to read the readme.html documentation ...
    /wp-content/plugins/members/docs/readme.html

    Pretty powerful!
