Share on Facebook as a Custom Field

  1. I am looking at adding a "share on facebook" field where the user selects 5 friends to send a notification to. I have got this feature created and working, I was just wondering how to add this as a permanent feature of my Gravity Forms fields ie. so it shows up as a drag & drop item under "Advanced Fields".
I'm not exactly sure how I would go about this, any help would be great!

  2. To add fields to the form builder, I think you could use the gform_add_field_buttons filter.

If that's not what you're looking for, please post how you want this to work and we'll try to find a solution.

  3. I would love to know how you setup that ability. A project I am working on right now could really benefit from this.

    Thanks,
    Daniel

  4. Seems to be a decent amount of interest in this functionality. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm thinking some sort of inclusion of a sharing plugin like WP Socializer, Sharebar, etc. could be called after a form is submitted. A shortcode might even work. I'll reportback if I get to development stage on that.
