Short code displaying on Wordpress pages instead of form

    Hi there, I am having trouble getting to show on my Wordpress site, every time I insert the short code for the form on a page, all I get showing up is the short code not the form.     Shortcodes are a pretty common piece of WordPress functionality. A couple of things to test for would be does your current theme allow for the use of any short codes at all? Can you try out a standard WordPress shortcode for example to see if that properly renders?

    Also, you may want to check for theme/plugin conflicts as well:
