Shortcode problem?

    Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong with mysite: http://jag-vinner.se/sok/
    I am not able to display the form.

    I have read all I can find, but dont understand what is wrong, please help!

    Have you tested using the default WordPress theme? I would guess that something in your theme, or another plugin is causing problems with shortcodes being processed. You may need to try testing for different plugin/theme conflicts.

    The shortcode isn't working for me either and it was before. I know it was working as of last Weds, May 1. Today I realized the page is blank where the form should be. Was there an update?

    Nevermind, I found out it was a plugin conflict with Category Grid View Gallery. Thanks!
