Show Admin Only Hidden field in the notification email

    Hi Guys,

I'm having problems trying to get a hidden pricing field to show up in the notification email.

It's the postage field that I have set to 'visibilty admin only'. It's not showing up or adding to the total in the email.

    The form is here: https://www.namebadgesdirect.co.uk/name-badges/printed-name-badges/

The results it produces as an example:

    Product Qty Unit Price Price
    Engraved Name Badge

    Fixings & Fastenings: Steel Pins

    69 £ 3.31 £ 228.39
    Delivery ()
    Total: £ 228.39

    Notice Delivery shows as ()<strong/>

  2. Hi, andrew,

I discussed this with the team and you actually pointed us to a bug. None of the Pricing fields which impact the total should be allowed to be "Admin Only". If a customer is paying the amount, it should show on the form. We will be making changes in a future version to prevent these fields from being Admin Only.

Thats a shame because I wanted to have it show up in someones email as an extra thing... oh well... I made a workaround anyways.

  4. It will show in the email when it isn't marked as Admin Only. Why do you need it Admin Only? Admin Only means the field only shows when viewing entries in the form admin and not on the form that the user fills out. I am just trying to understand how you are using it.
