Show Empty Fields when viewing or downloading PDF

  1. Is it possible for "Show Empty Fields" to have the same effect when viewing or downloading the PDF version of the entries. This allows us to easily see the fields that have not been completed.

    Thank You

  2. How are you getting a PDF of the entries currently?

  3. I'm using the standard "View" "Download" PDF functionality on the Entries screen for each particular form.

  4. I don't see that option on my entries screen. Is it possible you're using the Directory Add-on or one of the PDF add-ons for Gravity Forms?

I also don't print entries very often. Can you take a screen capture of where this function is in your installation so I can be sure I am looking in the same place? You can post the image at one of the free image hosting services and paste the link here.

  5. I see now that the PDF options are from Wordpress PDF Extender. Is it possible to have the Gravity Forms Print functionality show empty fields.

  6. That's a good question. Let me check with the development team and see if there is a way to do this.

  7. There is currently no way to include empty fields in the printed entries. The development team is aware and I've tagged this as a feature request for future reference. Thank you.

Thanks Paul, it is still on our development list but hasn't had any active development on it as of yet.
