Simple Captcha and GF

  1. It seems that when a user makes a mistake in filling out a form they aren't ever allowed to fill it out right. What and where do I fix this?
I asked on WP forum: it was bounced back to you.

Could really use help with this.. (I've asked before and gotten complete silence.)

    THanks,

  2. Yeah, I've tried this in several browsers and can't replicate the issue. Have you tried this in the form preview page to see if it works properly there? It could be that you have a script/plugin conflict of some sort going on.

Also, It would be helpful if you could post a link to one of your forms with the Really Simple Captcha element enabled so we could test it there.

  3. HI,
    thanks for responding.

After reading your response carefully and after asking myself what's "Form Preview"? I found it and realized that this is a testing site. I've tested all my forms. I can't duplicate the error either. I've tried purposely putting in the wrong info and still it comes back and lets me correct.

So I don't know what to say or how to troubleshoot.
