Single Line Text is taking on the same label as Single Line Text above

    Hi,

    I've encountered a strange thing - I've created a form whereby I have two "Single Line Text" fields (one after the other) that seem to be taking on the same label as the "Single Line Text" label above it.

    In the form editor all looks well, however when I'm live and testing my form, the labels are not unique. Very strange.

    Hi. You'll have to input dummy data up to page 4 of the multipage form to get to the first instance of this issue (Under School you'll see it say "Year Started" twice: http://khl.test.afrihost.com/online-application-form/

    Okay, strange indeed. We haven't seen that so far. If this is a pretty new form you can try exporting the form, then re-importing it. The ids are refreshed on import so that might resolve the issue.

    Hi Kevin,

    I exported the file, deleted the form, imported the form back in, and I'm still encountering the same duplication error.

    Upload the XML file for this form to a server and provide a URL to it so we can download the form XML and install it locally to try and recreate the issue.

    Hi Carl,

    I deleted the year started and completed fields, exported the form, re-imported it, re-created the year started and completed fields, and it seems to be working correctly now.
