We've been using Gravity Forms for a clients restaurant menu. It entails quite a few items, and it has really, really slown down both the loading of the pages it's being displayed on and the admin pages for editing the form.

We have a minimum of plugins running on the site, only 3-4.
Any help in speeding this up would be appreciated.
Can you export that form please and email it to me at chris@rocketgenius.com - I will test it on my server and see if it is similarly slow.
Does this form act this slow if you view the form preview?
Also, can you try exporting the form and reimporting it, then checking the speed? Sometimes if you move items around in a form, the conditional logic changes and becomes invalid. Export and Import will sometimes clear that up.
