Slow submission and email notification not working

    Hi there

    Our gravity form that we create is a pretty basic form and for some reason is very slow when submitting. We are experiencing a long hang time when submitted and is very slow to redirect to the thank you for submitting page.

    At the same time, the notification email that is supposed to send to the user who submitted is not sending. It was working for a while and now it is not for some reason.

    There is no plugin conflicts as the site is completely custom and does not have any other plugins.

    Help!

    If you are using the latest Gravity Forms and WordPress versions, there will be little we can do other than to ask you to check your web hosts logs and see how much memory is available for PHP/WordPress. Something, somewhere is creating a conflict or issue. Hopefully, with some investigative work, we can figure this out.

    I am having the same issue, everything working but email notification not going through to the my clients email address:

    please help, this is not good for business, was working perfectly. I updated plugin and Wordpress to latest version but still no luck.
