So I Made A Form; Now What?

    I created a form, and can see the limited preview. But now I want to have it appear on my page. More specifically, I want to use it on a Premise 2.0 page.

    But I see nothing here that allows me to grab code, snippet a short code - nothing. Maybe I'm blind, but I have no way visible to use the form I've created?

    Is there a secret handshake I need to know :)
