Sold Out Product

Is there anyway to change a product to being sold out without deleting that field. Here is my form and some of the products have sold out. How do I deal with that?

    Thank you

  2. We will have to look into the best way to handle this going forward. Currently I can't think of an easy solution off the top of my head, other than using CSS to hide the field.

There is no inventory capability, it's designed for simple order forms where inventory typically isn't a concern. However I can look into seeing how we can better handle this in the future. At the very least allow a Product field to be set to Admin Only so it's still available on the form but isn't shown to users, so then it can be re-activated by being changed so Everyone can see it again.

To hide the field with CSS you would edit the field, select the advanced tab and in the CSS Class name you would enter gform_hidden. See this screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/QWTBr.png

  3. Hey There. I just wanted to follow up on this to say that this feature would be awesome. It would work for things like registration options on a form, inventory, etc. In my head it looks like setting a maximum number of times that item can be selected/submitted before the field is removed. I know a lot easier to say than to do I'm sure. But, I wanted to send a message along to let you know that in terms of forms related to events, this would be a huge plus.

    Thanks.
