some entries I do not get

    Hi,

    2 people have completed this specific form:
    => http://groeiendezaken.nl/groeisprong

    but I haven't received any entries...

    This is strange while i do have been receiving
    other entries on this form (about 15 other people).

    Do you perhaps have any idea how i can check
    how this could have happened or how i can
    prevent this from happening in the future?
