Some form fields not showing in IE

    Hi,
I'm not a developer, please make instructions clear and thorough... I put up the site and a registration form for a nonprofit. Their convention registration is in full swing. The form works great in all the browsers I tested (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) but some teachers have IE in school and apparently some input fields aren't showing up (Name, for one). This is a very bad time for them, timing wise. Please help.
    The form is at:
    http://www.ncreading2.dreamhosters.com/?page_id=870

It is the 2013 Conference Online Registration
Note I have NOT upgraded to Wordpress 3.5 or the newest Gravity Forms or Pagelines. Hoping to avoid a crisis like this until conference registration is over.... haha.
I can upgrade all if you think it's necessary....
    Thank you!

  2. I just loaded that page in IE8 and the form looks fine to me. I can see the Name field fine.

Thank you! It's a very diverse group of users so it's hard to know when a problem is user error, internet connection speed, ancient versions of browsers, etc... I appreciate your checking so quickly, and sup[lying the screen shot so I can show it to the site owners....
    You are the best!
