Spaces in Notification Emails

Been trying to remove it for the past hour but Gmail seems to generate large spaces between my picture and my text.

any idea how to resolve this?

between the first table and the next, gmail seems to generate large spaces

found the TinyMCE editor.

could anyone help with the space inbetween two tables?
if i were to disable auto-formatting, the space disappears.
seems like gravity forms auto adds spaces between two tables
