1) Put currency symbol (e.g. $) and punctuation (e.g. commas and periods) for money fields
Example question: How much did you pay for your item? ______ $1,572.00 ______
2) Telephone numbers
Example question: What is your cell#? ____ 555-555-5555 ____

3) Social Security Numbers
Example: 123-45-6789
4) EINs (Federal ID)
Example: 12-3456789
5) custom ID fields
Example: A###-###
So... How can all these be done -- both in the form field entry (front-end) side and in the display side (back-end)?
