I'm trying to find a way to duplicate something like this: http://nabtraining.com/members/swf/calc.swf

I developed that in flash, but I'd like to do just a 'one month' version with GravityForms instead. I know this topic has been discussed before, but I've never seen any solution.

Is there anyone available to do custom work to achieve this result?

I am also interested by specialized calculation features. I wish i could add a unit converter on my website, by using gravity form. Is it possible ?

It's possible only as a customization using the available API hooks or via custom jQuery to perform calculation on specific fields. The only calculations Gravity Forms does out of the box are related to the Pricing Fields.
