SQL code to export/retrieve form entries from the previous day

Hi :)

I need to write a sql query to retrieve a list of form entries for the previous day.

I can't seem to find the sql queries used for the admin page (through both the plugin code itself and by using 'savequeries' wp debug feature) which lists form entries, could you please advise how i could achieve this?
