Squeeze Page and Gravity Form Combination

    Hey,

I have had a search through the forums but cant find an answer to this one, I would have posted in the Mail Chimp Adon forum but for some reason I am denied access, even though I have the business licence.

What I want to do is create a site where the homepage has an opt-in form to collect name and email address, then when a user submits their information they are taken to the next stage of the form which asks the rest of my questions. The form would need to be spread over two different wordpress pages - the home page and the internal page with the rest of the form.

Can I create that setup with the plugin?

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, but I couldn't find it.

    Thanks a lot,

    Ryan

  2. Yes you should be able to do this with Gravity Forms. If you need to spread the form out over 2 different WordPress pages you would have to use 2 different Gravity Forms. Form 1 on the homepage and Form 2 on the second page.

You can pass data from Form 1 to Form 2 when Form 1 is submitted so you can pre-populate fields in Form 2. You can do this using the confirmation redirect and the query string builder along with setting fields to be populated dynamically.

But there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to do this with Gravity Forms.

OK thanks I will give that a go this weekend. Could you look into why I dont have access to the mailchimp support forum please? I just get sent the the page which says "Protected Content : Members Only"

I will probably need access when I get mailchimp set up with my forms so if you could get that sorted that would be awesome.

    Thanks a lot.
