    Can you eliminate or change the status bar that shows the progression of your form? It doesn't match with my theme.

    If you go into the properties for the start paging field at the top of the form, set the progress indicator to none. http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Page_Break

    You could also change it to Steps which you can then style however you want using the css targeting samples found here http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/CSS_Targeting_Samples#Multi-Page_Form_Fields
