Strange behavior in the Form Settings Description field

    In GF v1.4.5 and v1.5 RC4.2, I noticed strange behavior in the form settings section description field. I replaced the standard description text with other text between header 4 html tags and when you attempt to use the right or left arrow to move the blinking cursor within the text, the cursor jumps to the end of the text. Doesn't do this with standard text. Just an FYI. No need to find resolution.
