How can I change the colour of the forms?
On this page it is light grey but I would like to have it in dark grey

I'm not sure exactly what element you're trying to change but you can find samples of how to properly target & manipulate form elements with CSS.

Remember to add any new styles to your theme stylesheet and not to change the default plugin stylesheet.
