Just wondering whether it's possible to link a dropdown field and the submit button using conditional logic?
i.e. the dropdown has department names, and if you choose the print department it when you click submit it will go to print email address...
and if you choose design it will go to design email address and so on....
please can you let me know whether this is possible asap?

Yes, this is possible but not the way you have described it. You wouldn't apply conditional logic to the submit button.
The Admin Notification Email that is sent when the form is submitted has an option on the Send To called Routing. Routing lets you configure where the email should be sent based on form field selections in your form.
So you can configure your Admin Notification so that the email is sent to the appropriate person based on the department selected.
