Submit form data to external service on form submission

  1. I'm trying to submit form data to an external service (Salesforce)

This seems to works 100% in some cases, but not in others, e.g. from the iPad, and other desktop computers, can this be the javascript causing problems?

    Thanks in advance!

  2. Oddly enough, another user just posted about a 3rd party plugin that combined Gravity Forms with Salesforce.

The plugin was not created by Gravity Forms, so we can't support it, but maybe it will work for you?

  3. Thanks, im having trouble mapping fields, there are some custom field as well, but it does not seem to pick up the first name. I've got "First Name" in the field label, and "first_name" in the admin label. where else can i set the label that Salesforce would get?

  4. Are you talking about with your code or the 3rd party plugin?

  5. Sorry, im talking about the labels, in Gravity Forms.

E.G. I have First Name and i have to map it to "first_name" in Salesforce, so how do i set GF to give that field a "name" (on the input) of "first_name"
