Submit generates static text??

  1. I would love if someone from GF can tell me this is possible :)

I want to have 4 fields inline with each other:

Dropdown, checkbox, date picker, text input - then a submit button

What I'd like to be able to do is: have someone choose something from the dropdown, sheck the box, choose a date, and type their name in the text input. Once the submit button is hit, I want the 4 fields to do one of two things:

    A. Disappear and be replaced with the input data from all 4 fields
    B. Keep the input data and then gray out so no one else can fill it out.

I'd like it to stay that way on the page (regardless of page refreshing, etc..) Only an admin can override it.

    Possible with GFs?

I don't think so. Gravity Forms by default collects that information and pushes it to a database. The entry then isn't accessible from the front end, and you couldn't change the form like that. Gravity Forms can create WordPress posts, but it can't do things as you've laid them out here...
