Submitted Form does not include all submitted fields

    When I submit an order on that form, the email that gets sent back doesn't include all the submitted fields. The conditional logic field values aren't coming in. Is there something I'm missing to make that work?

    You should not have to do anything unique to get all the submitted values in your admin notification. Are you using the {all_fields} merge tag for your notificaton?

    If you submit from the form preview, do you get all the information?

    Have you already checked for theme and plugin conflicts by following these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing
