I am experiencing a very significant gap in time from pressing the submit button to seeing the confirmation screen. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Please post a URL to your site where the form is embedded.

Also, if you submit from the form preview, does the delay happen there as well?

Wow - that took 2:16 in my test. That is unusual. If it happens in preview mode, it's not likely a plugin or theme conflict, although, you should probably test for those as well http://rkt.gs/testing

It looks like it's something with your server or host configuration. What type of hosting account is this? Can you contact your host for support; explain the situation to them? Maybe a look at server logs will help?

If you don't have another server to test this out on, you can export the form as XML and email it to me at chris@rocketgenius.com and I will install it on my server to see if it's the site or server or Gravity Forms which is at fault.

I imported your form on my shared hosting account, and it took 4 seconds to submit the form. There is either a theme or plugin conflict, or there is something very strange going on on your server.
