    I'd like to use GravityForms to create a survey on a WP blog.
    I can see you offer a survey add-on.
    But the documentation says I need to have a developer license to install this.
    I think I purchased the three-site option of GV.
    So do I need to purchase a developer license before I purchase the survey add-on?
    And if so, can you tell me the cost?

    Yes, you need a developer license to have access to the survey add-on. You pay the difference between licenses. So your business license was $99, and the developer license is $199, so you would pay $100 to upgrade. All my best!
