Hi,
I've checked http://www.rocketgenius.com/survery-style-multiple-choice-fields-with-gravity-forms/ and tried to implement the .js and .css but it won't worked.
I use Prose on genesis framework and input the css in custom edit menu (custom css) then put the gf_likert.js on theme's root directory and put <script type="text/javascript" src="<?php bloginfo('stylesheet_directory'); ?>/js/gf_likert.js"></script> on header.php. But, still it won't work properly.
Is there anything wrong? Where should i put the script to call the .js ?
