Tab order not maintained if category control configured with selected categories

    I noticed the tab order is not maintained on forms in the following situation:

    1. Add a Category control to my form from the Post Fields box.
    2. When configuring the control, choose "Select Categories" and click on desired categories.

    After saving the form and tabbing through the controls from top to bottom, I noticed that the above category control received the focus only after tabbing through the entire form and tabbing through the wordpress menu at the top of the page.

    However, when configuring the control, if I choose "All Categories" and save the form, the Category control receives focus in the proper sequence as I tab through the form.

    The Category control I am referring to is titled "Index".

    Can this be fixed?
