Tab Order/Field ID

    Hi There
    I created my form and went back and inserted some fields and moved some around. Now my tab order is all messed up. I think it is tied to the field ID. How can I change this so that the user is not bouncing all around the page?

    the date/year picker on the birthday is not showing a year value - how can I fix that?
