Tabs Missing from Form Settings and no Update Form Button after update?

  1. Tabs Missing from Form Settings screen and no Update Form Button after update to v.1.6.5.1?

Not sure if the update is what screwed it up, but that's when I noticed it. :(

I had a form that I had turned off via scheduling, that I needed to turn on and was not able to do so, because I had to way of updating the form. Luckily I had the same form on a test site, so I updated it there and exported it out of the test site and imported it into the production site.

I need to get this fixed on the real site, very soon, pls!

    Thanks!

Can you re-install Gravity Froms from the download page? So delete it in your WordPress install and re-install it from the download on this page: http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/

And the update/tabs issue is a back end (wp-admin) issue, not a front end problem right?

  4. I can delete and re-install later tonight.

Correct, it appears to only be a back end issue. The form(s) themselves seem to be working fine.

I'll let you know if that fixes it or not.

    Thanks!

If it isn't related to a corrupt file, then it is most likely a theme/plugin conflict, and you'll have to run through these steps:

  6. Sure. It's no likely a theme issue because the same exact theme is on the test site and the form admin area is fine there. I do have a few additional plugins on my production site that may be causing the issue. I will troubleshoot it later tonite.

    Thanks!

  8. The WP Security Scan Plugin was the culprit. Deactivate it and the Gravity Forms back end works perfectly, activate it and things start missing in the Gravity Forms back end. :(
